RPM Events

RPM Events is a private-hire venue in downtown Chicago, offering a riverside setting for weddings, corporate gatherings and social celebrations. Its ballroom can be arranged as one large space or divided into three separate rooms, making it suitable for events with different guest numbers and formats. The venue can host seated dinners and larger receptions, with the full event space accommodating up to 600 people for a reception. A terrace overlooking the Chicago River adds an outdoor option, while a dedicated entrance and event kitchen support the practical needs of a private function.

Wedding celebrations can include ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties and bridal showers. Corporate clients can enquire about meetings, retreats, fundraisers and holiday parties. The venue also welcomes occasions such as birthdays, baby showers, graduations and retirement celebrations. Its event team supports organisers with planning, site visits, tastings, logistics and coordination during service.

Food and drink are central to the experience. Event menus can draw on dishes from RPM's restaurant kitchens, with options for plated meals, passed appetisers, food stations and custom dessert displays. Organisers can also select beverage and wine packages to suit the occasion. The venue provides event furnishings and tableware, linens, lighting, Wi-Fi, coat check and sound equipment, alongside set-up and clean-up. Valet and public parking options are available nearby. With adaptable rooms, an outdoor terrace and in-house planning support, RPM Events offers organisers a single location for both the event setting and its dining arrangements.
