BoHo Experience

BoHo Experience | Unique Meeting Venue with Accommodation near Amsterdam & Utrecht

A place where teams truly come together.

BoHo Experience is a unique meeting and corporate retreat venue in Kockengen, surrounded by nature in the Dutch countryside, conveniently located between Amsterdam and Utrecht.

Set on a beautiful property with a charming 19th-century farmhouse, a summerhouse and a renovated hay barn, BoHo offers a refreshing alternative to traditional hotels and conference centres.

Whether you're organising a strategy session, leadership meeting, team offsite, company retreat, heidag or multi-day workshop, BoHo gives your team the space to focus, connect and enjoy being together.

Two houses, one special location

The farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and accommodates up to 14 overnight guests. The summerhouse offers 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and accommodates up to 10 guests.

Both houses can be booked separately or together, offering a total of 9 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 24 guests.

BoHo is particularly suitable for smaller teams of 8 to 12 people looking for privacy, comfort and an inspiring environment, while also welcoming larger groups.

A dedicated space for meetings and workshops

The beautifully renovated hay barn offers approximately 100 m² of flexible meeting space for up to 24 people, with plenty of natural daylight, WiFi and direct access to the garden.

Ideal for strategy sessions, creative workshops, team meetings and multi-day corporate retreats.

The hay barn is included in our corporate accommodation arrangements.

Meet, eat, relax and stay

Between sessions, enjoy the gardens, orchard, two outdoor saunas, two jacuzzis and direct access to natural open water for swimming, with a private swimming jetty overlooking the surrounding meadows.

Both houses offer comfortable living areas and fully equipped kitchens, creating a relaxed atmosphere where working, cooking, dining and spending time together naturally blend.

Choose between renting the location without catering or enjoying a fully catered experience with freshly prepared meals. Optional workshops and team activities can make your stay even more memorable.

A different kind of corporate gathering

At BoHo, we believe the best ideas and conversations often happen outside the meeting room. Over dinner, during a walk through the garden, in the sauna or while enjoying a quiet moment together.

The combination of privacy, nature, comfortable accommodation and inspiring meeting spaces makes BoHo a special place for teams to reconnect, think creatively and move forward together.

Your team. Your programme. Your own place to reconnect.

Whether you're planning a one-day meeting, a two-day offsite or a longer company retreat, we'd love to welcome you to BoHo.
