Bodies Event

Bodies Event provides bookable halls and event decoration for organisers planning weddings, birthdays, social gatherings and other celebrations in the Milwaukee area. Its two listed locations are Villard Hall in Milwaukee and a banquet hall in Brookfield, giving planners a choice of spaces for their event. The halls can be booked directly, with arrangements made through the business's booking request process.

Venue facilities vary by location. Listed amenities include tables and chairs, Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth speaker and microphone, food racks, a refrigerator and microwave, and decorative lighting. Some bookings also include tablecloths and complimentary centrepieces, while additional time and other terms depend on the booking. Organisers can enquire about a viewing before reserving a space.

Decoration is another part of the service. Bodies Event creates event designs, including stage decor, backdrops, throne-chair settings and balloon arches. Its promotional packages combine hall hire with selected decorative elements, with details depending on the location and package. The team also states that it can provide graphic design and photography for items such as event flyers, booklets, banners and event photographs, and works with local businesses to help clients source additional requirements.

For event planners, the offer brings venue hire and styling together under one provider, with options for celebrations in Milwaukee and Brookfield. Organisers can discuss the occasion, venue, decoration and booking details with the team before making a reservation.
