1916 Bar & Bistro

The Rose Room is a private function space at 1916 Bar & Bistro, located inside the historic Aumont building in downtown Seguin, Texas. It is available to hire for small private parties, offering organisers a dedicated setting for bringing guests together in a central location. The room can accommodate up to 60 people, making it suited to gatherings where a larger event hall may feel unnecessary.

The supplied hire information lists availability from Sunday to Wednesday and sets a three-hour minimum booking. The stated hire rate is $300 for the first three hours, with additional time charged by the hour. A cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit also apply. The deposit is returned when the room is left without damage, extra cleaning requirements or overtime charges. Organisers should confirm current availability, prices and booking conditions directly with the 1916 Bar & Bistro team before making plans.

As the room is part of a bar and bistro, event planners can also speak with the venue about the arrangements available for their occasion. The Rose Room is an option for people planning a smaller private celebration in Seguin who want a bookable indoor space rather than hosting at home. Its capacity and minimum hire period provide a useful starting point for assessing whether it suits the guest list and schedule. Contact the venue to discuss the event and confirm the details of a potential booking.
