Cense de Rigaux is a countryside event venue in Forest, in the municipality of Frasnes-lez-Anvaing. The historic farmstead is set on almost two hectares of green grounds and offers a range of spaces for private celebrations and business gatherings. The combination of rustic buildings, a courtyard and open-air areas gives organisers the flexibility to create a bespoke event.
The largest room, La Grange, is suitable for receptions of 100 to 750 people. For a seated dinner, it can accommodate up to 500 guests, while a dinner with a dance party can host up to 400 people. Smaller groups can also use L'étable and L'écurie. Each room can accommodate up to 80 people and is suitable for occasions such as a business drinks reception, presentation, coffee break or dinner. L'écurie is set up for presentations and connects to L'étable, allowing formal proceedings and informal moments to flow smoothly between the two.
In good weather, the Cour carrée and the orchard provide a green setting for ceremonies, receptions, barbecues and outdoor lunches. Depending on the layout, these outdoor spaces can accommodate large groups. A private car park has space for up to 800 guests. The venue works with selected caterers. Menus can be supplemented with organic vegetables and eggs from the farm. Guests wishing to stay overnight afterwards can enquire about Gîte des Oiseaux.
