Avalon Keep Botanical Gardens

Set in a scenic valley near Mena, Arkansas, Avalon Keep Botanical Gardens offers organisers a choice of outdoor garden settings and indoor facilities for weddings, celebrations and business events. The grounds include several ceremony locations, with gardens, water features, wooded surroundings and mountain views providing a variety of backdrops for gatherings and photographs.

For receptions and indoor events, Avalon Hall provides an all-season ballroom, while covered terraces and other outdoor areas give organisers additional options. The hall can be arranged for banquets, concerts, seminars and celebrations. A private bridal suite and dressing facilities are available, alongside guest restrooms, a dance floor and a covered entrance that can be useful in wet weather. Tables, chairs, linens, lighting and sound are included in some packages, with arrangements depending on the chosen space and booking.

The venue caters for occasions ranging from small elopements and intimate garden ceremonies to larger weddings, rehearsal dinners, parties and corporate gatherings. Wedding packages can include setup and clear-up, event coordination and access to selected ceremony and reception areas. Couples and organisers can also choose their own suppliers or ask about additional services such as catering, photography, cakes, decoration and officiant services.

With indoor and outdoor spaces on one property, Avalon Keep gives event planners flexibility to shape the day around their guest numbers, style and plans. The team can discuss available dates, venue options and package details with organisers arranging a wedding, reception, meeting or other private event.
