Wilgenhof Merksem is a parish hall offering space for a wide range of gatherings and celebrations. Organisers can host wedding receptions, baby showers, birthdays, retirement receptions and other occasions that bring family, friends, associations or colleagues together. Presentations, meetings and activities for businesses and associations are also welcome. The room is arranged to suit the type of gathering and can be set up in various ways, for example with tables, chairs or a stage. This makes it suitable for both a festive reception and a gathering with a programme or speeches.

A sound system with microphones and large mobile screens is available for presentations and meetings. Audio and visuals can be controlled centrally, including wirelessly. Guests can use the free Wi-Fi. The venue also has a bar and a professionally equipped kitchen. Wilgenhof can recommend caterers, allowing organisers to tailor the food and drink to their plans.

The room is also available for funeral services and post-funeral gatherings. There are various options, from coffee and sandwiches to a buffet of cold dishes. Table service can be provided, and the mobile screens can be used to share photos or memories. For these occasions, the layout and atmosphere can be adapted to the family's wishes.

Wilgenhof offers a tailored service and invites organisers to discuss their plans and specific requirements. Anyone who would like to see the space first can get in touch to arrange a visit. The venue is in Merksem, on Moeshofstraat, and is suitable for personal celebrations as well as business and association gatherings.
