San Francisco Scottish Rite Masonic Center

San Francisco Scottish Rite Masonic Center offers event organisers a choice of spaces for gatherings ranging from formal dinners to audience-led performances. Its main auditorium has 760 seats, a large stage and more than 2,000 square feet of performance space. The venue is suited to music, dance, theatre, lectures, screenings, seminars and classes, with dressing rooms, an organ, a grand piano and in-house technical support available.

For receptions and dining events, the banquet hall can seat up to 450 guests. It has a full-service kitchen, and the venue lists professional catering among its facilities. Organisers can also enquire about a dance floor, lighting and sound, security and custodial services. Weddings, dinners, luncheons, receptions, bar and bat mitzvahs, business meetings and presentations are among the occasions hosted here.

The centre also has a range of meeting spaces for smaller gatherings. Its accessible features include an elevator, ramps and reserved seating for older and disabled guests. An on-site parking garage provides more than 80 spaces, with additional street parking nearby. The location opposite Stern Grove, near the West Portal district, is accessible from both the Peninsula and the Golden Gate.

Event planners can discuss room options and technical requirements with the rentals team. The combination of a large seated auditorium, dining facilities and smaller meeting rooms makes the centre a versatile choice for private celebrations, community events and business programmes in San Francisco.
