Blue Lake Casino Hotel

Blue Lake Casino Hotel offers event organisers a choice of indoor spaces for weddings, receptions, private celebrations, meetings and conferences in Blue Lake, California. The Sapphire Palace is a flexible event hall of around 6,500 square feet, suited to both social gatherings and business occasions. For smaller or more informal events, the Kinetik Lounge provides a room with a nightclub-inspired feel, while hotel meeting rooms offer an option for meetings and training sessions.

The venue’s event team can discuss room layouts, guest numbers and event requirements with organisers. For meetings, available options listed on the booking form include Wi-Fi, a projector, microphones, a podium, a PA system and stage lighting. Organisers can also enquire about food and drink for their event, with the hotel’s culinary team providing the catering. Menu formats include plated and buffet dinners, carving and action stations, appetisers and cocktail receptions. Bar arrangements can be hosted or paid for by guests.

Weddings are a particular focus, with the property offering spaces for receptions, rehearsal dinners, pre-wedding parties and post-wedding brunches. The wedding service can include tables, chairs, linens, glassware and tableware, along with event staff for set-up, service and clearing away. Couples can also ask about ceremony arrangements and outdoor options.

As the venue is part of a hotel, organisers can enquire about room blocks for guests travelling from out of town. On-site restaurants, a lounge, parking and other hotel facilities add practical options for guests before and after an event. Blue Lake Casino Hotel is close to Arcata and accessible from Highway 299, making it a regional venue choice on California’s Redwood Coast.
