Whimsical Exhibits USA

Whimsical Exhibits USA helps businesses prepare for trade shows and exhibitions with custom-designed stands and booth rental solutions. Based in Las Vegas, the team serves exhibitors at local convention venues and supports projects at trade shows across the United States.

Organisers can discuss their brand, goals, available floor space and budget, then receive a tailored booth concept. Options range from compact displays to larger bespoke builds, with 3D design support to help clients review the layout before production. The company also provides graphics and branding, fabrication, and coordination of booth utilities and venue requirements.

Support extends beyond the design and build. Whimsical Exhibits USA can coordinate freight, storage and delivery, manage show paperwork and approvals, and arrange installation and dismantling at the venue. Project management and on-site supervision help keep schedules, suppliers and practical details organised, so exhibitors can focus on meeting visitors and presenting their products.

Its work is intended for companies exhibiting at trade fairs, conventions and business events, including organisations that need a rental display as well as those seeking a more customised stand. With experience at venues such as the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo and Mandalay Bay Convention Center, the business can assist with the logistical requirements of exhibiting in Las Vegas. Its services are also available to exhibitors planning shows elsewhere in the USA.
