Bootshuis

Schietbaanstraat 84, 8400 Oostende, Belgium

Bootshuis is a function venue in Ostend for people looking to organise a personal celebration or gathering. The venue is suitable for a range of occasions, from a baby shower or christening to a communion, birthday, anniversary or wedding. The room also offers a dedicated space for bringing guests together for a reception or corporate event.

The room has a warm, informal feel and can be arranged to suit your wishes. Organisers can choose round tables, a U-shaped layout or mainly cocktail tables, depending on the programme and atmosphere. For a seated celebration, there is room for around 60 guests. For a standing reception, the space can accommodate up to around 90 people. Those looking for extra space can enquire about adding a marquee.

The practical details of the celebration can also be discussed. Bootshuis provides catering packages, with options such as a buffet, barbecue, breakfast or a multi-course dinner. Fish and shellfish are a speciality, but other menu options are also available. The organisers can also discuss the styling and decoration, so the room suits the type of occasion. A bouncy castle is available for parties with children.

With a flexible room, different layouts and on-site catering, organisers can arrange several aspects of their celebration at one venue. Get in touch to discuss the options, preferred date and package.
