The Elm Estate is a historic property in Reno, Nevada, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Set near downtown and the Truckee River, the estate combines a renovated 19th-century house with landscaped grounds and a dedicated reception space. Organisers can choose between several outdoor ceremony locations, the Marquise Room and the Elm House, with options to use different spaces together or separately.

The main event room can accommodate up to 300 guests for corporate functions, while wedding capacity is listed as up to 260. Smaller groups can book the Elm House, which can host up to 25 people, and the billiard room is available as an additional space.
