Erin's Pavilion

Erin's Pavilion is a multi-purpose event venue in Southwind Park, Springfield, Illinois, available to rent for weddings, receptions, banquets, business meetings, seminars, social gatherings and other celebrations. Its indoor spaces are set within the park's landscaped grounds, giving organisers options for events that combine an indoor reception with an outdoor ceremony or photographs.

The main hall covers 5,000 square feet and can be arranged for up to 300 guests. For smaller gatherings, it can be divided into four meeting rooms, each with access to the terrace overlooking the lake. The venue provides tables and chairs for use in its indoor rental spaces, and staff can help plan the room layout and arrange the furniture before the event. Audio-visual equipment and projectors are available for presentations and meetings.

Couples can choose from several ceremony locations at Erin's Pavilion and elsewhere in Southwind Park, including the terrace, gazebo, gardens and other outdoor features. The park setting offers additional space for wedding photographs and guest transport options can be arranged for some ceremony locations.

The facility is fully accessible and includes free parking and Wi-Fi. Catering arrangements depend on the size and type of event, with approved caterers required for larger groups. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss room configurations, availability, rental arrangements and practical details for their event.
