The Astin Mansion

The Astin Mansion is a historic event venue in downtown Bryan, Texas, set within a preserved 1920s estate. Its mansion and gardens provide a distinctive backdrop for weddings, ceremonies and receptions, as well as rehearsal dinners, social celebrations and Greek life formals. Organisers can choose from packages designed for different event sizes and formats, including options for smaller gatherings and celebrations of up to 150 guests.

The property offers indoor and outdoor ceremony settings, reception areas and overnight accommodation. Tables, chairs and linens are available, helping planners coordinate key venue details in one place. An in-house culinary team prepares menus for events, and bar service is also offered. These services make the venue suitable for occasions where the organiser wants the setting, food and practical arrangements brought together at the same location.

For weddings, the event team can provide coordination support before and during the day. This may include communicating with suppliers, preparing a timeline and floor plan, overseeing set-up, directing the ceremony and helping manage the event as it unfolds. The venue also offers social event packages and options for Greek events, so its facilities serve more than wedding parties alone.

With its historic architecture, gardens and dedicated event support, the Astin Mansion offers event planners a characterful setting for private celebrations and wedding events in Bryan.
