Town Hall Seattle

Town Hall Seattle is a historic downtown venue available to event planners for performances, talks, meetings, receptions and weddings. Its renovated building offers several distinct spaces, giving organisers options for both large audiences and smaller gatherings. The Great Hall is the principal performance space, with fixed seating for up to 857 guests and acoustic features suited to music and spoken-word events. The Wyncote NW Forum provides a more flexible setting for performances, dinners and dancing, while the Mehdi Reading Room is suited to board meetings, small presentations and intimate receptions. The lobby can also be used for wedding receptions and other event functions.

The venue welcomes a range of formats, from concerts and poetry readings to community programmes, presentations and private celebrations. Couples can enquire about wedding packages for ceremonies and receptions, with spaces for preparations, catering and photographs. Organisers can discuss their event with the rentals team and arrange a site visit to plan the room layout, schedule and technical requirements.

An event manager is included with each rental to help coordinate setup, floor plans, audiovisual needs and event logistics. Available technical options include projectors, screens, wireless microphones, stage extensions, pianos and livestreaming support. Town Hall can also provide sound engineering and, on request, ticketing and front-of-house services. Organisers may work with their own caterer, subject to the venue's policies, and preferred caterers are available for weddings. This combination of historic character, varied rooms and production assistance makes Town Hall Seattle a practical choice for organisers seeking a distinctive city-centre venue.
