SJAC Events & Catering

SJAC Events & Catering offers three event spaces at one Southfield address, with options for celebrations and gatherings ranging from intimate luncheons to large receptions. The renovated Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 550 guests for a seated dinner, or 500 with a dance floor. Its stage, large windows and adjustable lighting make it suitable for weddings, banquets, galas, corporate events and award ceremonies.

For smaller occasions, the Saint Vartan Room welcomes up to 100 guests. Its warm finishes and gallery-style lighting suit engagement parties, showers, board dinners and luncheons. Veterans Hall accommodates up to 200 guests and has natural light, a flexible layout and access to a private patio for seasonal gatherings. The site also has a gymnasium and breakout rooms for organisers planning larger or multi-part events.

Food and beverage service is provided by Andiamo, the venue's catering partner. Organisers can discuss plated dinners, chef-attended stations, grazing tables, family-style meals and dessert displays, with menu planning for a range of cuisines and dietary needs. Bar service is available through the venue's licensed service. Event arrangements can include tables, chairs, standard linens, set-up and breakdown support, an event coordinator, basic audiovisual equipment and on-site parking. Additional options may be arranged to suit the event.

The venue welcomes weddings, company gatherings, fundraisers, reunions, birthdays and other private celebrations. Organisers can arrange a tour by appointment and discuss dates, room layouts, menus and event requirements with the events team.
