Windows on the Water at Surfrider Beach Club

Windows on the Water at Surfrider Beach Club is a dedicated wedding venue on the Jersey Shore in Sea Bright, New Jersey. Set between the Atlantic Ocean and the Shrewsbury River, it offers couples a coastal setting for ceremonies, cocktail hours and wedding receptions, with the venue’s spaces arranged to bring the celebration together in one location.

Couples can exchange vows beside the water at a beachfront gazebo, then welcome guests to the Atlantic Deck for cocktails and conversation. The deck can be enclosed with glass and temperature-controlled, so it can be used in different seasons and when the weather changes. For dinner and dancing, the Empress Ballroom has expansive windows, natural light and views across the water. Its neutral palette and open layout give couples room to shape the look of their reception to suit their plans.

The venue’s team works with couples on the event details and offers wedding packages with menus prepared by an in-house executive chef. Depending on the package, dining options include passed appetisers, seafood and carving stations, seated meals, desserts and bar service. Bridal party suites, on-site parking and accessible facilities are also available. The venue can accommodate up to 250 adults, with minimum guest numbers varying by day of the week. It is best suited to organisers seeking a purpose-built location for a beach ceremony followed by a full wedding reception, with indoor and outdoor spaces and waterfront views throughout the day.
