The property combines lakeside scenery, prairie grasses and wildflower fields with purpose-built indoor spaces, giving couples a choice of outdoor views and climate-controlled settings for their celebration.

The venue is designed for weddings with up to around 275 guests. Its facilities include a chapel for ceremonies, a reception ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows, a patio for drinks or a rehearsal dinner, and separate bridal and groom suites. Indoor ceremony and reception options provide a practical alternative if the weather changes, while the grounds offer a range of settings for photographs.

Couples can hire the property for a private wedding weekend, with access generally covering Friday and Saturday and the option to arrange additional time. The Lakeview team provides day-of management to help direct guests and suppliers, while couples can choose their own licensed and insured vendors or consult the venue's preferred supplier list. For guests travelling from further away, the venue offers an on-site lake house sleeping up to ten people and a 24-passenger shuttle service to and from Quincy. These are optional additions to the venue hire.
