Salle polyvalente Michel Thirion

Place du Général Charles de Gaulle, 54230 Maron, France

In Maron, the Michel Thirion community hall offers organisers a municipal venue for convivial gatherings and private or community events. Housed in a former railway station, it provides a simple, practical setting close to a multi-sports ground and petanque courts. To make a booking, contact the municipality, which asks organisers to specify the expected number of people and their crockery requirements.

The main hall, on the ground floor, measures around 88 m². It has a stated capacity of 90 people seated or 160 standing, making it suitable for different event formats depending on the chosen layout. An equipped kitchen on site makes it easier to prepare and serve meals. It includes a dishwasher, a large-capacity refrigerator, a gas oven, a hob, a worktop and two sinks. The venue also has an entrance and toilet facilities. An automated external defibrillator is available in the building.

This hall may suit residents, associations and organisers looking for a practical place to gather their guests in Maron. Before booking, it is worth contacting the town hall to check availability, current rates, rental terms and the equipment included. The municipality provides information about the hall and its booking schedule. Requests can also specify requirements for plates, cutlery and other crockery, so arrangements can be made for the number of attendees.
