Pré Jonas rents out two welcoming spaces for family celebrations and get-togethers with friends or groups. The venue is in Nivezé, between Spa and Sart, close to Lake Warfaaz. Its peaceful, green surroundings and location away from the main road allow guests to get together in a relaxed setting.

The pavilion is centred around a large barbecue and can accommodate around seventy people. It has long and smaller tables and benches, as well as coolers, a basic kitchen area and toilet facilities in the adjoining building. This space is well suited to an informal meal or a celebration where grilling together takes centre stage.

The chalet is suitable for smaller groups of around fifty people. It has tables and chairs, a bar with beer pumps, fridges, toilet facilities and a kitchen with, among other things, a hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a small barbecue outside. Both spaces are intended for private celebrations and relaxed group gatherings, and can be hired by the day.

The grounds include outdoor space with play equipment for children, a football pitch and petanque courts. Depending on availability, it may also be possible to use just the grounds, with changing rooms if required. Organisers can submit a request online and check availability. The venue rents out the spaces and facilities, but does not present itself as a caterer. There are rules covering tidying up, use of the equipment and noise, including a restriction on loud music after 10 pm. This means organisers know what to expect in advance when planning a family celebration or group gathering.
