Château des Granges

Rue du Ponchelet, 60310 Roye-sur-Matz, France

In Roye-sur-Matz, in Oise, Le Château des Granges offers a characterful estate for weddings and receptions in a historic setting. The property combines a château with old-world charm, a 19th-century barn converted for dining and a tree-filled park spanning 4 hectares. About an hour from Paris, the venue offers a rural setting where guests can gather and enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces.
The hire includes various spaces suited to the key moments of a celebration: a reception hall, a terrace, a garden and a dance floor. The park is ideal for outdoor ceremonies, drinks receptions and photographs, while the barn can host dinner and the evening celebrations. A kitchen is available for the caterer, allowing organisers to choose their own catering supplier. Tents can also be set up in the garden, depending on requirements and the season.
The estate advertises a capacity of 50 to 350 guests and has bedrooms where guests can stay on site. The spaces are offered exclusively for receptions, with the option to enjoy the venue for a weekend or a week. This arrangement allows more time for preparations, the celebration and catching up after the event. Le Château des Granges mainly caters to couples planning their wedding, but its spaces can also suit other private receptions. Parking, accommodation and several additional spaces make it easier to organise the different stages of the day at one estate.
