Pinter's Event Center

Pinter's Event Center is a wedding and celebration venue in the countryside near Decorah, Iowa. Its grounds bring together historic character and practical facilities, giving couples room to host their ceremony and reception in one place. The restored barn, landscaped gardens, fountains, pergola and natural stone amphitheatre create a distinctive setting for ceremonies and photographs, while the indoor reception hall provides a spacious option for dining and dancing.

The venue can accommodate receptions for up to 460 guests. Outdoor ceremonies can seat up to 200, and an indoor alternative is available if the weather changes. The barn includes a private bridal suite, offering a place to get ready on site. Tables and chairs are provided, and the venue team handles their setup and teardown according to the chosen layout. A prep kitchen with a refrigerator is available for outside caterers, and couples can select their own catering, photography, DJ and other event suppliers.

Wedding options include packages for couples planning both their ceremony and reception at the property, as well as reception-only bookings. The usual arrangement gives couples access for decorating and setup on Friday, followed by their wedding day on Saturday. Bar service and bartenders are available as part of the venue arrangements, with alcohol charged separately. The property also has on-site parking and accessible indoor facilities.

Although weddings are the venue's main focus, the space can also host other private celebrations and gatherings. Event planners can contact the team to arrange a tour, check available dates and discuss the facilities and booking details for their event.
