Schloss Ovelgönne Verwaltungs GmbH & Co. KG

Eidinghausener Straße 197, 32549 Bad Oeynhausen, Germany

Schloss Ovelgönne in Bad Oeynhausen rents out its historic rooms for weddings, business events and private celebrations. The moated castle combines a distinctive, traditional atmosphere with flexible halls and additional areas for receptions, conversations and breaks. Event planners will find a setting for conferences, seminars, talks, corporate celebrations, birthdays, christenings and other occasions.

The rooms are suitable for different group sizes and event formats. The large hall has a stage and a bar area. The smaller hall is ideal for more intimate celebrations, as well as workshops and smaller talks. The Terrassensaal opens onto the terrace and castle gardens, and can be used for business meetings as well as celebrations. The foyer, bistro and lounge complement the rooms and provide space for arrivals, receptions, conversations and exhibitors.

Weddings are specifically catered for: couples can plan their celebration at the castle, enquire about a humanist ceremony in the garden or use the Terrassensaal for a civil ceremony. The venue can also be booked for photo shoots and a reception after saying 'I do'. The team supports event planners in choosing the right setting and coordinating arrangements. With its combination of historic interiors, outdoor space and halls in different sizes, the castle can be tailored to suit both celebratory and business events.
