Flexotels is an innovative organization that rents out foldable overnight accommodations ( Flexotel and Comfotel ) to organizers of sports, music, corporate and exhibition events. The Flexotels can be placed at any location by means of an ingenious folding system. As a result, participants, staff and/or visitors do not have to leave the event site. Quick and easy to install
Flexotels provides hospitality service to organizers of various events. Our collapsible hotel rooms can be placed in a short time at locations where there is a temporary need for comfortable accommodation. Partly due to the luxurious and efficient design of the Flexotels, it adds an extra dimension to the experience of the visitor during events. After the event, the rooms are quickly and easily folded and twenty hotel rooms can be transported on a truck at the same time.
Complete support
Hospitality is of paramount importance at Flexotels. During the events, if desired, the facilities are inspected by our own specialized employees and during the event days you can deploy these employees 24 hours a day to keep the Flexotels optimally functional and clean. Flexotels believes it is important that guests feel at home and that they can contact the employees who are constantly present with their questions and/or wishes. With the Flexotels at a special location, the experience of the visitors of an event is taken to a higher level
Comfy Comfotels
In addition to the Flexotel, we also supply a luxury accommodation: The Comfotel. This also foldable accommodation has a toilet, shower and sink. And this is also delivered turn-key. So including made up beds and towel.
Room45
With the addition of Room45, Flexotels is expanding further in the field of luxury hotel rooms. Room45 consists of 45ft units with 5 rooms per unit with sleeping accommodation for 3 people, toilet and shower, air conditioning and TV connection. The rooms are offered as a premium product to guests at the various campsites during events.
Flexo tent
Our Flexotent is a 2.4 by 2.4 tent. The advantage of this tent is that you can stand in it and that we supply it including electricity. It is possible to provide the tents with bunk beds.
Information:
- Flexotels can currently provide more than 500 flexible hotel rooms.
- Flexotels are TNO approved.
- The Flexotel is furnished with 2 single box springs, 2 chairs, table, storage space for clothing and is supplied with linen and towels.
- The Comfotel offers the same as the Flexotel, only including a toilet, shower and sink
- Electricity and light available.
- Every room has ventilation grilles.
- The walls are insulating, soundproof and made of fire-retardant material.

Since 2009, Flexotels has been offering temporary, easily movable accommodations on location. What started with 22 Flexotels has now grown to more than 600 rooms in various qualities, partly due to the success at events such as Tomorrowland and 24h of Le Mans.
