The Mansion

The Mansion is a historic estate in Butler, Pennsylvania, available for weddings, company gatherings and private celebrations. Set among landscaped grounds, it offers organisers a choice of indoor rooms as well as a patio and gardens for ceremonies, drinks receptions, photographs and outdoor festivities. The estate gives each booking a private setting for the day.

The house has several rooms with different layouts and capacities. The living room can seat up to 66 guests, while the ballroom seats up to 62. Smaller options include a study for up to 22, a breakfast room for 24, a library for 28, a music room for 32 and a dining room for up to 32. Organisers can consider how guests will use the rooms for dining, dancing, a buffet, a cake display or quieter moments during the event. The patio can also be used for receptions, and a hired tent can provide another option for outdoor dining and dancing.

Weddings are a central part of the venue's offer, including garden ceremonies and celebrations inside the house. The Mansion also welcomes anniversary parties, social events, banquets, fundraisers, company meetings and retreats. Organisers can choose their own vendors, making it possible to shape the event around their preferred suppliers and plans. Venue packages include use of the building and patio, tables and chairs, and set-up time, with linen available on request. The venue can help arrange a bartender if needed. Tours are available for organisers who want to see the estate and discuss their event before booking.
