The Barn at Brophy Creek Farm

The Barn at Brophy Creek Farm is a private countryside venue for couples planning a wedding ceremony and reception in DeWitt, Iowa. Set on a secluded farm, it offers a choice of outdoor ceremony locations beside the pond or in the greenhouse, with the barn available as an indoor setting. The climate-controlled reception space accommodates up to 275 guests and has tables, chairs, lighting and an adjoining covered patio.

The grounds give couples and guests room to enjoy the outdoor setting, with a pond, a three-tier waterfall, open fields and a firepit area. A getting-ready space is also available for the wedding party. The venue offers packages for different days and durations, including options that allow time for decorating before the celebration and collecting belongings afterwards. Venue staff can help plan the layout and bar arrangements, and take care of setting up and clearing away tables, chairs and other included items.

A full bar can be tailored to the couple's preferences, with two bartenders provided. Couples may choose their own licensed and insured caterer, and a preparation kitchen is available for catering teams. On-site parking, vendor facilities and exclusive use of the venue during booked hours help organisers coordinate the day. Tours are arranged by appointment, giving couples the chance to view the barn, ceremony areas and grounds before deciding how to bring their plans together.
