In Saint-Jeoire, the municipality makes several municipal spaces available to residents, associations and external organisations for their events. The function hall can host private, community, cultural or business gatherings. It is particularly suitable for meetings, annual general meetings and conferences, as well as various events in local life. Organisers can contact the town hall to discuss their request and check the arrangements for making the venue available for their proposed event.

Bookings are made by email through the municipal services. It is best to get in touch several weeks before the preferred date, especially for long weekends, school holidays and periods when demand is high. Separate forms are available for individuals and associations to help prepare the booking request. The municipality also provides equipment to help with event organisation, by reservation and subject to availability.

For relevant events, the municipal services can also process an application for temporary authorisation to serve alcoholic drinks. This should be planned in advance, as time is needed to process the application. Organisers are invited to contact the town hall for information about the conditions that apply to their event.

Located on place Germain Sommeiller, the hall is a municipal venue for celebrations and gatherings in Saint-Jeoire. Event planners, associations and individuals can contact the town hall for practical information, to submit their application and to outline their requirements. The available equipment, hosting arrangements and rental details should be confirmed directly with the municipality before finalising plans.
