Gateway Gathering

Gateway Gathering offers a private setting for small weddings and celebrations in the Texas Hill Country, a short drive from Fredericksburg and Luckenbach. Set across five acres, the property brings together an indoor pavilion, an adjoining courtyard and two on-site homes, so organisers can host an event and accommodate some of their guests in one place.

The pavilion and courtyard suit intimate wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries and other private gatherings. Inside, local stone, cedar, exposed timber beams and a stone fireplace give the space a relaxed country character. Large windows and barn doors connect the pavilion with a covered patio and outdoor courtyard, allowing guests to move between the indoor and open-air areas for dining, drinks and dancing. The venue is designed for gatherings of up to 60 people.

For event catering arrangements, the pavilion has a preparation area and a separate bar space. Tables and chairs are included in the wedding weekend package, and the venue can also provide a bartender and security as part of that option. Organisers can ask about availability, package details and private tours directly with the team.

Two homes on the property, the Gateway Cabin and Gateway House, each sleep up to six people. Their proximity to the event spaces makes them useful for the wedding couple, family or members of the wedding party who want to stay close by. With indoor and outdoor areas, overnight accommodation and a scenic Hill Country location, Gateway Gathering is suited to planners arranging a smaller celebration with a relaxed weekend feel.
