The Barn on Gray House Farm

The Barn on Gray House Farm is a countryside venue for weddings and other celebrations beside Fort Gibson Lake in Hulbert, Oklahoma. Its barn offers a climate-controlled indoor setting, while the surrounding grounds provide space for outdoor ceremonies beneath a wooden arbor. Couples can hold their ceremony and reception at the same location, with a covered patio for guests to gather between parts of the day.

The open-plan barn can host up to 150 people indoors, with additional capacity for events using both indoor and outdoor areas. Venue amenities include tables and chairs, a warming kitchen for catering teams, sound equipment, a microphone and a projector. Bridal and groom suites provide private spaces to get ready, and a covered guest drop-off area and on-site parking help with arrivals. Organisers can bring their own suppliers, subject to the venue's stated arrangements for bartending and event insurance.

The farm also offers overnight accommodation in several properties near the venue. Options include The Lodge, a larger cabin with multiple bedrooms, as well as other houses and a tiny home. This gives wedding parties and guests the choice to stay close to the celebration and enjoy a longer visit to the lake. Event packages vary by day and format, with options for weekday and weekend bookings, lodging packages and smaller elopements. The venue also welcomes enquiries for occasions such as family reunions, showers and parties. Tours are available by appointment, allowing organisers to see the spaces and discuss their plans before booking.
