Salle polyvalente l'Estran

23 Rue de Lann Vrihan, 56450 Le Hézo, France

The l'Estran community hall, located in Le Hézo in Morbihan, is available to hire from the municipality for meetings, association activities and private or professional events. It is particularly suited to family celebrations, parties, dances and other gatherings organised by individuals, associations or professional organisations.

The bright 264 m² main hall offers a flexible setting to suit the format of the event. The municipality states that it can accommodate 220 guests. Tables and chairs are provided, while organisers need to bring their own tableware. A fully equipped kitchen is available for preparing or serving meals on site. The venue also includes a bar, washing-up areas and equipment useful for organising a reception. A stage, a podium and sound equipment are listed among the facilities available, subject to the hire terms.

Set in a leafy, enclosed setting, the hall has a secure car park on the premises and an outdoor car park, making it easier for guests to arrive and for equipment to be unloaded. Bookings are made through the town hall, with a calendar of availability and an online pre-booking form. Each request must be approved by the municipal office before it is confirmed. The hall can be hired for a full day or a half-day, subject to the current municipal terms and rates. Organisers can consult the regulations and equipment inventory before planning their event.
