In the heart of Paris's 16th arrondissement, Le Pavillon Passy offers a reception venue for private hire for both private and corporate events. Housed in a former Russian cabaret, the venue retains its distinctive decor and welcomes everything from relaxed receptions to corporate parties, birthday celebrations, meals and drinks receptions. Its team supports organisers with the planning of their event and adapts the space to suit the needs of each project.
The venue is available to hire without catering and has useful facilities for event planning, including a kitchen, bar, tables, chairs, buffet tables, sound system and lighting. It can be arranged to suit different layouts and accommodate up to 120 people for a drinks reception and around 80 guests for a seated dinner. Depending on the format chosen, the facilities also make it possible to hold meetings or presentations.
For events with catering, Le Pavillon Passy puts clients in touch with partner caterers, including suppliers offering kosher cuisine. Organisers can also arrange musical entertainment, as the venue has facilities suitable for DJs and musicians. This combination of a private-hire space, on-site equipment and supplier contacts makes it easier to plan a reception without requiring a set package. Located near the town hall of the 16th arrondissement, the venue offers event planners a distinctly Parisian setting to organise according to their preferences and their guests' needs.
