The Point Events

The Point Events is a woman-owned venue in Norton Shores, Michigan, offering flexible spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings and personal celebrations. Organisers can choose a room to suit their occasion or, where available, use the venue's distinct spaces together for a larger event or separate activity areas.

The Norton is the main gathering hall, with a simple, adaptable interior that organisers can personalise to their event. It is suited to seated celebrations, receptions, meetings, workshops, presentations and company functions. The room has natural light, adjustable lighting and heating and cooling controls, accessible toilets, on-site parking and a full kitchen. Its stated capacity varies by layout, with space for up to 100 guests seated at tables.

The Roosevelt offers a contrasting setting, with vaulted ceilings, warm wood details and stained glass. It is positioned for wedding ceremonies and other formal occasions. The venue's website describes it as being in development while accepting a limited number of advance wedding bookings, so organisers should check its current availability and access arrangements when enquiring. The two spaces can also be considered together for wedding-day activities such as a ceremony, reception and other gatherings.

Bookings are for the space and its included amenities. Optional extras listed by the venue include tables and chairs, an LED sign, a photo booth and conference or speaker AV equipment. Rates depend on the date, time and use, with weekday hire advertised from an hourly starting price. Located near Muskegon and the Lake Michigan shoreline, The Point provides an inclusive, community-minded setting for organisers seeking a practical venue they can make their own.
