The Complex

The Complex is a live music and event venue in downtown Salt Lake City, offering several indoor spaces and an outdoor area for organisers to hire. Its rooms can be booked individually, or organisers can enquire about hiring the full venue. The spaces host concerts and dance events, as well as private and special occasions including weddings, fundraisers, corporate gatherings, art galas and film premieres.

Rockwell is the largest indoor space, with capacity for up to 2,500 standing guests. It includes a stage, sound and lighting systems, a video wall, a VIP deck and green rooms. The Grand provides a more compact setting for up to 850 standing guests, with its own stage, sound and lighting. The Lot is an outdoor paved space that can accommodate larger gatherings and can be tented or adapted for an event. Other spaces include Vertigo and Papa Wolf's Lounge, which offer additional bar and gathering areas.

Organisers can discuss room layouts and capacities for standing receptions, seated theatre-style events or dining setups. Venue hire includes access to production equipment, tables and chairs, alongside venue management, security, cleaning and event staff. Catering and other event needs can be discussed with the venue team. Tours are available by appointment, and the events contact can provide information about available dates and rates. With multiple spaces, built-in production facilities and staff support, The Complex can suit planners looking for a concert-ready venue or a flexible downtown setting for a private or corporate event.
