De Refter provides catering for business meetings and other events, either at its own venue in Melsele or at a location chosen by the organiser. The offering ranges from breakfast and lunch buffets to snacks, reception dishes, hot meals and sharing dishes. The dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients, with a focus on local produce and menus that reflect the season. Tailor-made options can be discussed for different groups and occasions.

For meetings, workshops, seminars and team-building events, there is a characterful venue in a renovated manor house. The space can be hired for gatherings of smaller groups and is equipped with a projector, projection screen and flip chart, among other things. In good weather, guests can also make use of the garden and terrace. Breakfast or lunch can be added to the programme. Receptions and dinners are also possible, with catering and drinks at the venue.

Organisers using their own venue can call on De Refter to deliver lunches, buffets and reception snacks. The practical arrangements are tailored to the group, the timings and the event location. Depending on the order, delivery or collection is possible. This means businesses can get in touch both to arrange a complete gathering in one place and to provide the catering for a meeting at the office. De Refter therefore combines a hireable meeting space with catering for business occasions and receptions.
