The Mansion at Terra Place

The Mansion at Terra Place is a historic venue in Edmond, Oklahoma, set within 16 acres of landscaped grounds. Owned by the Christian non-profit Beautiful Restoration, it welcomes organisers looking for a distinctive setting for celebrations, ceremonies and other gatherings. Rental proceeds support the organisation's work with women and families.

The grounds offer a tranquil backdrop of mature trees, a pond and open green fields. The rear courtyard can be arranged for outdoor ceremonies, with seating for approximately 50 to 250 guests. For colder months or indoor occasions, the former Governor's Mansion provides space for 100 or more people. The house's historic character and its gardens give organisers a choice between an intimate indoor atmosphere and an open-air setting surrounded by nature.

The venue is alcohol-free and smoke-free. Beautiful Restoration also notes that ministry events take place at the property without charge, while donations for other gatherings contribute to its outreach. This faith-based mission is an important part of the venue's identity, so event planners should consider whether its values and policies suit their event and guests.

Organisers can enquire about a booking by sharing their event date, event type, estimated attendance and other details through the venue's website. The Mansion at Terra Place offers a memorable setting for those seeking a historic property and grounds in the Edmond area, with rental income helping to fund the non-profit's community work.
