Salle Jean-Louis Lannurien is a community hall located in Bourg, Pleuven, in Finistère. The town hall makes it available for events and gatherings organised by associations or other organisers. It can be used for meals, annual general meetings, performances, fairs and exhibitions, making it a space suited to a range of local events.
Requests to use the hall are governed by an agreement with the municipality. Organisers specify the type of event, their preferred dates and times, and the time needed for setting up and clearing away. They can also state their requirements for tables, chairs, furniture or sound equipment, and give the name of their proposed caterer. Equipment and availability should be confirmed directly with the town hall, depending on the room layout and schedule.
If you are planning to book the hall, it is advisable to apply well in advance: municipal regulations require applications to be made at least two months before the event date. Pleuven town hall provides information on access arrangements, terms of use and applicable rates. Located in the village centre, the hall is a convenient option for association events and gatherings organised in the municipality. Project organisers can contact the municipal services to check availability and discuss the practical requirements for their event.
