't Zwaantje is an intimate venue in Brugge for organisers who want to bring people together for a gathering, celebration or group activity in a personal setting. The venue caters for groups and can be booked exclusively for parties of eight or more. It is suitable for family celebrations, business meetings, group dinners and informal corporate events.
The rooms can be used for meetings and other gatherings. The largest room can accommodate around thirty guests for a dinner or meeting, and up to forty people for a reception. A smaller room is suitable for a more intimate group. Different room layouts are possible, depending on the set-up and type of gathering. Located on the edge of the city, a short distance from the station, the venue is easily accessible for guests.
There are various food and drink options, including a set menu, a drinks package and a dessert buffet. Cocktails, mocktails, wine, soft drinks, appetisers, Flemish classics and snacks are also available. Arrangements can be tailored to the group and the programme.
A gathering can be combined with the hire of tandems, Solex bikes or Vespas. This gives organisers an extra option for a group outing, team-building activity or hen or stag party. Participants can explore Brugge and the surrounding area at their own pace, with suggested routes available if they wish. The vehicles must be booked in advance. By combining use of the rooms, dining options and these outing possibilities, organisers can put together a programme that suits their group.
