Hidden Brook Acres

Hidden Brook Acres is a countryside barn and outdoor venue in Shelbyville, Indiana, offering a flexible setting for weddings, receptions, private parties and corporate gatherings. Set across ten acres of former farmland, the property combines the character of a converted horse barn with open grounds that can be used for ceremonies, celebrations and guest activities.

The barn can comfortably seat around 150 guests, with larger events of up to 250 accommodated using additional tented space. Couples and organisers can choose how to arrange the day, and the venue welcomes independently selected caterers, photographers, DJs and other suppliers. Alcohol is permitted, with the team able to discuss suitable arrangements for each event.

Wedding bookings include access to the barn and grounds, a bridal suite and a separate room for the groom, indoor toilets, tables, chairs and portable rustic-style bars. Venue staff can help with set-up and pack-down, support the event schedule and assist with guest parking. Tents are available at an additional cost when more covered space is needed.

The venue also takes bookings for events beyond weddings, with hourly hire and custom packages available. Organisers can arrange a property tour, check date availability and discuss the layout and level of on-the-day assistance that would suit their plans. Its combination of indoor barn space, outdoor settings and practical event inclusions makes Hidden Brook Acres a useful option for planners seeking a relaxed rural location in Shelby County.
