Xoco House Gallery

Xoco House Gallery is a bookable event venue in Chicago's Pilsen neighbourhood, offering an art-filled setting for weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gatherings and receptions. Its open-plan space has a distinctive gallery character, with natural light, skylights and exposed structural features. The layout can be adapted to suit different event styles, from a seated celebration or ceremony to a standing cocktail reception.

The venue can accommodate up to 250 seated guests and up to 350 for standing events, with wedding and quinceañera arrangements for up to 300 guests, subject to table and chair requirements. Venue hire includes tables and chairs, a stage, a bar area, a lobby, a private lounge, a bartender allocation based on guest numbers and post-event cleaning. Wi-Fi is available, and organisers may bring their own DJ, lighting and audiovisual equipment.

A preparation kitchen is available for a caterer or food service team. Organisers can use outside vendors, and the venue can share a preferred vendor list on request. Food trucks and outdoor catering setups are not permitted. The team offers venue tours and tailored pricing based on the type of event, helping planners explore the space and discuss arrangements before booking. With its flexible floor plan and dedicated focus on celebrations and receptions, Xoco House Gallery suits organisers looking for a characterful Chicago venue they can shape around their event.
