NCI Centre

NCI Centre is a community venue in Cambridge offering several rooms for hire for private celebrations, local groups and organised events. Its main hall can accommodate up to 100 people when the bar is open, and includes chairs, small tables and a stage. It is suitable for birthday parties, wedding receptions, dances, concerts and other landmark occasions. Organisers can also enquire about hiring the hall without the bar open, depending on the event and room arrangement.

For smaller gatherings, the centre has a studio on the first floor, with seating for up to 50 people, and a committee room that seats up to 20. The studio can suit meetings, exercise classes, table tennis and small concerts, while the committee room offers a more contained setting for discussions and group sessions. Availability varies around the centre's regular activities, so organisers are encouraged to contact the team to check dates and arrange a viewing.

A bar is available for functions in the hall, serving a selection of drinks and snacks. The centre publishes hire information for different rooms and booking periods, with options for daytime and evening use. It also welcomes community groups and charities, and may be able to accommodate bookings outside its usual opening hours by arrangement. NCI Centre's mix of a larger function hall and smaller rooms makes it a practical choice for organisers seeking an accessible, local space in Cambridge for a celebration, meeting or community event.
