The White Horse, Chester Racecourse

Set within Chester Racecourse, The White Horse offers a characterful setting for private celebrations and gatherings. Organisers can hire the venue for occasions such as weddings, parties and other events, with indoor and outdoor areas that can be adapted to suit the plans for the day.

The conservatory is a key feature. Its retractable roof and folding windows help the space work across the seasons, from a cosy gathering beneath the lights to an open-air feel in warmer weather. The surrounding garden and terrace give guests room to step outside, mingle or enjoy outdoor dining. The venue also has its own car park close to the building, making arrival and access more straightforward for guests and suppliers.

Food and drink can be arranged for events, with catering options ranging from lighter bites and street-food-style menus to more formal dining. The White Horse is offered as a flexible hire space rather than a pub open for its former regular service, so event organisers can enquire about using the setting for their own occasion.

Located in the heart of Chester, the venue combines the distinctive racecourse surroundings with a relaxed, homely interior. Its adaptable conservatory, outdoor areas, catering options and private parking make it a practical choice for organisers looking for a welcoming place to bring guests together.
