In Mertzwiller, Espace Stéphane Grappelli provides organisers with a multi-purpose hall designed to host events of different sizes. This municipal venue is particularly suitable for weddings, private parties, meals and performances. Its large 810 m² hall can be arranged to suit the chosen format, with a stated capacity of 480 people for dining and up to 585 seats for performances, including the tiered seating.

The venue includes a stage and tiered seating, as well as a mobile, adaptable stage for performances. Curtains and partitions make it possible to divide the hall into several areas and adapt its layout to the needs of the event. The entrance hall has a bar, and a professional kitchen is also available. Tenants can make use of tables, chairs and tableware, making it easier to prepare receptions and meals on site.

In addition to the main hall, the building has two rooms for associations and ancillary spaces. This layout offers options for organising different parts of the same event or providing additional spaces. Bookings are made through the municipality of Mertzwiller, which offers an online hire request form. Organisers can provide their preferred date, the expected number of participants and details about their project to prepare their request. Espace Stéphane Grappelli is therefore suited to individuals and organisations looking for an adaptable venue in the Mertzwiller area, in Bas-Rhin.
