Shively Club

Shively Club is a bookable event space on the third floor of Ross-Ade Stadium in West Lafayette, Indiana. Set within Purdue's athletics campus, it offers organisers an expansive indoor setting with stadium and campus views, suited to wedding receptions, conferences, private banquets and other large gatherings.

The room is arranged as two large areas joined by a hall. Organisers can hire the full club or one section, making it possible to plan different layouts for a single occasion or choose a space that better suits the guest list. The venue can be configured for seated meals and standing receptions, as well as a range of meeting and event formats. A wireless microphone is available for use across the space.

Purdue Athletics accepts facility rental requests through its booking process, where organisers can describe their event, expected attendance, preferred setup and equipment needs, and ask to arrange a tour. Standard facility rental provisions may include setup and custodial services, table linens, tables, coat racks and a podium or microphone, depending on the space and availability. Additional equipment and non-standard setup can be requested.

Food and beverage service is handled by Boilermaker Hospitality, the exclusive caterer for Purdue Athletics. Catering is arranged separately from the room rental, so event planners can discuss menus and service as part of their enquiry. Availability is affected by Purdue Athletics schedules, with restrictions around football and other game days. Shively Club is a distinctive option for organisers seeking a large, flexible event venue with a connection to Purdue and Ross-Ade Stadium.
