Les Balcons du Forez

rue de Beauregard, 42110 Civens, France

In Civens, Les Balcons du Forez is a multi-purpose venue available to hire from the local council for private, community and business events. Its 491 m² function room can accommodate up to 200 people and suits a range of event formats: weddings, family meals, drinks receptions, galas, exhibitions, trade fairs, annual general meetings, seminars or business meetings.
The venue includes a reception hall, a stage and a refreshment bar, as well as an equipped kitchen with cooking, refrigeration and washing-up facilities. A separate entrance makes it easier to organise kitchen operations. For meetings and presentations, the room has a sound system and video projection. Large windows let in natural light and offer views across the Forez plain.
Outside, two multi-level car parks provide plenty of parking, with green spaces around the building. The complex also has a separate sports area used for local activities, while the function room is dedicated to hosting events. Organisers interested in hiring the venue, its conditions and rates are invited to contact the Civens town hall office. The venue welcomes residents and associations from the town, as well as businesses and organisations from other towns. It is therefore a practical option for bringing guests together in a spacious setting, with useful facilities for both celebrations and business meetings.
