Willow Woods Barn + Studio

Willow Woods Barn + Studio is a family-run venue in Mansfield, Texas, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings and other celebrations. Set among trees a few miles from downtown, the property combines a bright barn with landscaped grounds, willow trees, a pond with a fountain and waterfall, and a patio where guests can gather outdoors.

The venue is designed for small and medium-sized occasions, with space for around 50 to 125 guests. Couples can hold their ceremony outside by the pond or indoors, then continue the celebration in the barn. The indoor space can be arranged for a ceremony or reception, with room for dining tables, a dance floor, a DJ, dessert and food service. The property also has separate getting-ready spaces for the wedding party, including a bridal room and a groom's garage.

A 15-hour wedding rental includes tables, chairs and tablecloths, along with selected decorative items that organisers can use. The venue welcomes outside food vendors, giving clients flexibility to choose a caterer, food truck or other meal option. A preparation kitchen, refrigeration and coolers are available to support food and drink service, and the team handles setting up and taking down the tables and chairs.

Alongside weddings, Willow Woods Barn + Studio considers enquiries for parties, corporate events and other private celebrations, with pricing depending on the date. Its grounds also provide a setting for photography sessions. Organisers can contact the family to arrange a tour, check availability and discuss the layout and details of their event.
