Fora

Fora is a private event space in Portland, tucked behind Ava Gene's with its own entrance on SE 34th Avenue. It gives event planners a dedicated setting for gatherings that call for a more intimate atmosphere than a large function venue. The room suits private dinners, business meals, cocktail receptions, wedding celebrations and daytime occasions such as workshops or presentations.

Inside, natural oak, greenery and a light colour palette create a relaxed backdrop. Modular seating makes it possible to adapt the layout to the style of the event, whether guests are gathering around a meal or mingling at a reception. The space is part of Ava Gene's, so organisers can pair their booking with the restaurant's food and hospitality. The menu draws on Italian cooking and ingredients from the Pacific Northwest, offering a distinctive dining element for a hosted gathering.

Fora works for organisers looking to bring a group together for a celebration, client dinner, team occasion or small business event. Its private setting helps keep the gathering focused, while the flexible layout supports different formats throughout the day and evening. Planners can contact the team through the event enquiry form to discuss their date, guest numbers and requirements. The venue is in Portland's Division and Clinton area, with parking options nearby. With a private entrance, adaptable seating and in-house dining connected to Ava Gene's, Fora offers a convenient choice for events centred on good food and conversation.
