London Darbar

London Darbar offers event planners a dedicated venue in Ilford for weddings, receptions, seated dinners and private parties. Its main hall can be arranged for different event formats, with published layouts for buffet and table service. The venue lists capacities of up to 270 guests for dining layouts and reception seating for up to 320, giving organisers options for both formal meals and larger gatherings.

The space combines a dedicated bar, dance floor and DJ booth with sound and lighting equipment, screens, air conditioning and private car parking. For weddings and celebrations, the team can help coordinate details such as table settings, centrepieces, stages, head tables, chair covers, décor and themed styling. The venue is registered to hold civil marriages and has a bridal room and prayer room. Planners can discuss their requirements with the team and arrange a visit to view the facilities.

Food is an important part of the offering. Organisers can choose buffet or table service, with Indian and Punjabi dishes and vegetarian and halal options available. This makes the venue suitable for events where dining, dancing and the celebration itself are planned together. London Darbar also operates a second, more intimate venue for smaller gatherings, so planners can enquire about the space that best suits their guest numbers and format.

Whether arranging a wedding reception, anniversary, family celebration or corporate dinner, organisers can contact London Darbar to discuss the room layout, service style and event arrangements. The venue's combination of function space, dining facilities and in-house event support provides a single location for planning a hosted occasion in Ilford.
