The Ember Lodge

The Ember Lodge is an event venue in Caledonia, Wisconsin, for weddings, family celebrations and corporate gatherings. Its main hall combines high vaulted ceilings, exposed Douglas fir beams, dark metal details and a handcrafted stone fireplace, creating a distinctive setting for both formal occasions and relaxed parties. The 2,500-square-foot space can host up to 144 guests, with tables, Chiavari chairs and a choice of ivory or black linens included in the rental. A venue coordinator is on hand on the event day to assist with the arrangements and support visiting suppliers.

Couples can book the hall for a wedding reception or for a ceremony and reception package. The latter includes access to the garden patio and a bridal get-ready room. The outdoor garden can also be used for smaller gatherings, with seating for up to 75 guests. The venue also welcomes celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, bridal and baby showers, graduations and quinceañeras, as well as corporate events. Depending on the occasion, rental slots range from shorter half-day sessions to longer bookings.

Food and drink arrangements vary by event type. Weddings use the venue's own catering and beverage service, while licensed outside caterers may be permitted for certain social and corporate bookings, subject to a fee. Beverages are supplied through the venue. Organisers can discuss menus, add-ons, room layouts and booking details with the team when arranging a tour. Located about 20 minutes south of downtown Milwaukee, The Ember Lodge offers a dedicated setting for planners seeking a characterful venue for a gathering of up to 144 people indoors.
