Scandia Inn Events

Set among the pine trees in McCall, Idaho, Scandia Inn Events offers a mountain setting for weddings, private celebrations and small company gatherings. The venue combines an indoor lodge space with outdoor grounds, giving organisers options for ceremonies, receptions, dinners and relaxed time together outside.

For weddings, the grounds provide room for an outdoor ceremony, lawn games and an evening around the firepits. Inside, the lodge has a clean, Scandinavian-inspired look that couples can style to suit their plans. The site also offers guest rooms, making it possible for wedding parties and guests to stay close to the celebrations. Additional accommodation is available at the inn's sister property across the street.

Scandia Inn also welcomes business groups for meetings, retreats and team gatherings. Its flexible indoor room can be arranged for presentations or informal get-togethers, with tables, chairs and a projector or television available. Organisers can use the outdoor areas, firepits and lawn games for downtime between sessions. The property has 18 rooms for overnight stays, and the neighbouring sister property provides access to more rooms for larger groups.

Located close to McCall's town centre and nearby outdoor activities, the venue offers a convenient base for a multi-day gathering. Organisers can enquire about availability and custom pricing, and the venue shares a list of preferred local suppliers for food, drinks, flowers, music, photography and other event needs.
