In the heart of the Sarthe countryside, Domaine de Grillemont welcomes organisers looking for a characterful venue for a wedding or seminar. This historic estate, whose buildings date back to the 16th century, brings together reception rooms, accommodation, a chapel and outdoor spaces in one private-use estate.

The 150 m² main room can accommodate up to 130 people seated. It has wooden furniture, a catering area, cloakrooms and toilets, with facilities accessible to people with reduced mobility. For ceremonies, the estate offers a dedicated outdoor space and a consecrated chapel, suitable for small religious celebrations. The garden and other outdoor areas also provide the opportunity to enjoy a drinks reception or spend time together in the open air.

The estate's four houses offer a total of 42 beds across ten bedrooms. They allow couples and their guests to continue the celebrations on site, share a brunch or enjoy a group stay. Some packages include crockery and decorations, table setup and support with decorating. Depending on the package chosen, the team can also help find and book suppliers such as a caterer, DJ, florist or photographer.

The estate also hosts corporate seminars and retreat stays. Organisers can present their plans to the team to discuss the spaces, accommodation and booking arrangements best suited to their event.
